This patient was unhappy with the size of her abdomen and consulted
Dr. Roger J. Friedman of
Bethesda, Maryland for further information on the procedure of a
tummy tuck. This patient had previously given birth to twins, and she desired an
abdominoplasty to restore her body back to what it appeared to be like prior to pregnancy.

abdominoplasty, and also repaired a ventral and umbilical hernia, and tightened the rectus abdominis and external oblique muscles.
