This patient came to Dr. Aiello in Newport Beach, CA, wanting to hear options for how to reduce the localized fat pockets located above her abdomen. Dr. Aiello was able to give her a few choices, but after her consultation they decided that a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) would be the best option. During the procedure Dr. Aiello removed a lot of excess fat and skin above her abdomen. He cut the abdomen muscles and tightened them as well. As you can tell from her before and after photos, the results are fantastic! Her midsection looks as though it could be a completely different, healthier, more appealing body…all thanks to Dr. Aiello!
