Dr. Roger J. Friedman of Bethesda, Maryland performed a buttock augmentation on a patient who desired a larger buttocks.  Using the coleman technique, Dr. Roger J. Friedman performed the buttock augmentation.  To make this happen, he removed autologous fat from this patient's abdomen and inserted 300cc per side.  The patient was happy with the results of the surgery and her new buttocks.  Dr. Roger J. Friedman  helped this patient achieve the buttocks she desired.
