This patient came to Dr. Aiello, a board certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, CA, with hopes of trimming her mid section quite a bit. She had heard great things about him, and following her consultation she knew that he was the right doctor for her. Together they weighed her options, but finally decided that a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) would be the most effective procedure. Dr. Aiello created an incision from one hip to the other, removed excess fat tissue using liposuction, and tightened her abdomens. When the surgery was completed it looked as though she had a whole new, younger, rejuvenated body!
