This woman wanted a slimmer lower half so she consulted with Dr. Richard E. Cummings of Kinston, NC about liposuction of her hips and thighs. Liposuction is a routine surgery that is performed very often. Dr. Cummings has performed hundreds of these procedures and took on this woman as a patient. Dr. Cummings performed the liposuction of the patient's hips and thighs and gave her wonderful results.
