UAL cannula- The UAL cannula has a transducer at its tip which changes electrical energy into sound waves of a frequency above the ability of the human ear to hear, and thus it is called "ultrasound".

The ultrasound waves strike the fat cells and cause them to vibrate. The vibration causes friction which causes heat. The heat "melts" the fat so that it can be easily removed with traditional liposuction cannulas.

The skin has white plastic skin protectors in place so that the UAL cannula does not burn the skin.

UAL Fat Aspiration

This photo demonstrates the milky white appearance of the fat that is aspirated by the UAL. The UAL minimizes bleeding and causes the fat to appear white. White plastic skin protectors are in place so that the UAL cannula does not burn the skin.

The aspirated fluid consists of fat which floats above tumescent fluid. The tumescent fluid contains a small amount of blood . This is only some of the fat removed from the Bunny.
