Philosophy Statement
We do everything possible to make our patients and their significant others comfortable. Each patient is very important to us. We never consider any operation "minor" or routine and make every effort to ensure a comfortable, safe and successful surgery. While no surgery achieves perfect results, we strive to come as close to perfection as humanly possible.
Following surgery, our dedicated staff continues the safety of our patients experience, seeing patients at timely intervals and increasing visits for those who require or desire additional post-operative care. We consider our patients to be part of our family, and they are free to come and go without charge for subsequent visits.
Plastic surgery allows people to be in harmony with how they feel about themselves. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us and will reap the rewards of improved self-image as so many of our patients have.
Your Consultation
With over 30 years of experience, we can offer our patients the wisdom and knowledge that comes from the many years of being a student of plastic surgery. We are able to offer our patients expertise throughout their care from pre-operative counseling to the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
We attach a great deal of importance to your consultation, which generally lasts one hour. It gives us a chance to meet and to review your specific desires. During this time, we can outline treatment alternatives, discuss expected outcomes, and review risks, complications and costs. Patients are encouraged to review our website so that they will be better informed of the desired procedure.
During the consultation, you will meet with Dr. Pacik and our nursing supervisor, Kay Werner, RN as well as meeting the rest of our staff. We have an extensive photo gallery of before and after photographs to further clarify possible outcomes.
A free 15-minute consultation is also available with Kay Werner, RN.
Surgical Facilities
Since 1985, most of our surgery has been performed at our modern, certified surgical center by a highly trained staff of professionals who are all certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and our backup technology and training is continuously updated. Our highly qualified nurses work with you before, during and after surgery to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Usually, you will be able to go home two to four hours after the operation. After surgery, I take 24-hour call for my patients, and all patients get my home phone number so they may call me if they have questions. My answering service also can page me.

Dr. Pacik has been performing plastic surgery in Manchester, New Hampshire since he completed his plastic surgery residency at Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, New York in 1972. He is affiliated with Catholic Medical Center and Elliot Hospital and is American Board certified in both General Surgery and in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
