Female, Age 54
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 155-160 lbs.
Procedure: Liposuction of outer thighs
Comments Normally, I like to liposuction the hips and the outer thighs at the same time to create a smooth contour because many patients have a "violin" deformity with bulging of the hips and outer thighs, with an indentation between these two areas.
This patient would have exceeded the safety margins by combining liposuction of these two areas. Therefore, the hips will be done at a later time. As a result of the hips being unchanged, one can appreciate the dramatic reduction in the outer thighs.

Elapsed time Right: 2 months Post-op
