Dr. Bahram Ghaderi of St. Charles, Illinois performed liposuction of the neck and back for a patient who wanted to appear younger and thinner.  She was unhappy with the appearance of her neck, and desired liposuction of the face.  Dr. Bahram Ghaderi was able to let this patient have the look she desired.  The results of the liposuction surgery turned out great.  This patient was very happy with ending results of the surgery.  Her face appeared thinner after surgery.
