"Dear Dr. Vasisht: I would like to take a brief moment to say thanks for all that you have done with regard to the treatment of my injury Although an unfortunate accident, I feel very lucky that you were on call in the emergency room at the hospital. Without your intervention I most likely would have lost part of my finger. You assured me that you would do everything in your power to preserve it and you followed through with your promise. What I immediately recognized is that you took a sincere concern in my situation and that you were genuinely interested in making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. You made sure that each step was performed correctly and thoroughly while explaining everything to me during the process. All of this put me at ease which, given the situation, was much appreciated. The healing process has occurred exactly as you explained and I am indeed happy with the results. To everyone that has asked about my injury I respond how fortunate I was to have met you. In fact, I have already given your phone # out to a few individuals. "Dear Dr. Vasisht, Beryl, and Staff, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the wonderful care and treatment I received at South Shore Plastic Surgery. From my very first consultation, I knew that Dr. Vasisht was the right surgeon for me. He was very knowledgeable, humble, and most of all.. passionate! My impression was that he was not just a surgeon, but an “artist”. I could not believe all of the personalized treatment I received any time I called or had an appointment. I was in the office three times before my surgery and each time I was there for at least an hour!! Dr. Vasisht had no problem giving me as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions. Putting my surgery in Dr. Vasisht’s hands was the smartest thing I had done throughout the whole process. I explained to him what I wanted my breast augmentation results to look like and the size I wanted. He recommended that I go slightly lager (a few more cc’s) than I planned. I told him to see what looks best on the operating table and decide from there, putting the decision in his hands. I am so glad that I did!! They are the perfect fit for my body, yet conservative. I would have been disappointed if I went any smaller. Beryl, the Office Manager was absolutely amazing as well!! She knows me by name and recognizes my voice when I call! She showed me great support post-op…I called her quite a few times for re-assurance and comfort.I would highly recommend South Shore Plastic Surgery to anyone that is thinking about self improvement. "Dear Dr. Vasisht, I am the type of person who tries very hard to steer clear of anything medical, especially surgical. So you can imagine how scared I was when I had to go under the knife repeatedly, all due to a minor kick to the chest from my 3 year old. After several surgeries, I was about to give up hope...but then Dr. Vasisht came on the scene. He looked over my history, took the time to get to know me, and instantly put my fears to rest. He assured me that he could repair the damage done and he was and is a man of his word! It has been 3 years now and it is like I never had any accident at all. And as wonderful as Dr. Vasisht is....his staff is the icing on the cake. You are always welcomed into the office with a smile and a genuine interest about you and your health. Beryl and Megan made me feel at ease, which is an amazing feat, considering what a coward I am.
